During Regular Office Hours
If you have an urgent or life-threatening situation with your animal companion during a regular business day on Monday-Friday, please come to our hospital as soon as possible. Please try to call our office ahead of your arrival and inform us of your emergency so we can be prepared to immediately provide services for your injured animal companion.
Weekday After Hours Emergencies
Call our office at 386-294-5000 and listen to the recorded message and instructions. Please leave a detailed message including your name, the nature of your emergency, and a telephone number where the doctor can return your phone call. If the doctor does not immediately return your call, please be aware that he may be treating another animal emergency and will reach you as soon as possible.
Weekend Emergencies
Call our office at 386-294-5000 and listen to the recorded message which will instruct
you how to either:
1.) reach the on-call doctor for our hospital or
2.) ask you to leave a message with your name, nature of your emergency, and a telephone number where the doctor can return your phonecall.
